A valued member of our legal team since 2019, MAZOYA STEPHANO, being young, energetic and innovative, brings a wealth of academic and practical expertise to the firm. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Mzumbe University in 2018, providing him with a rigorous foundation in Tanzanian jurisprudence that informs his daily practice. Over the past several years, He has become a key driver of our commercial department, bridging the gap between high-level legal research and result-oriented execution.

• Operational Logistics: Manages the critical “service of process” and court filing systems, ensuring all documents are lodged with the relevant registries and served to parties within strict statutory timelines.
• Client Liaison: Acts as a primary point of communication between the firm and its clients, maintaining high standards of responsiveness and ensuring that administrative requirements are handled with professional care.
• Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution: He expertly drafts comprehensive pleadings, including Plaints, Written Statements of Defense, Replies, and Rejoinders. He plays a vital role in trial preparation.
• Conveyancing & Security Perfection: He facilitates the seamless preparation and registration of critical security documentation, including Legal Mortgages and Debentures, ensuring our clients’ financial interests are legally perfected and protected.
• Contract Management & Advisory: With extensive experience in reviewing and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, He, provides our clients with detailed case analysis and authoritative legal opinions to mitigate risk in third-party transactions.
• Corporate Secretarial & Compliance: He oversees essential statutory compliance matters, including navigating BRELA requirements and the timely filing of Annual Returns to keep our clients in good standing.
